Rental housing under contract
The service includes:

Visiting an apartment

Negotiating the contract terms

Drawing up a “Bail Code Civil” contract

Checking-in to the apartment and delivering the keys

Signing “état des lieux” with stating the inventory

Further support (setting up the electricity, the Internet, taking out the insurance)
Cost of services (contract duration – cost):

1–2 months (accommodation) – 30% (from monthly rent);

3–4 months (accommodation) – 50% (from monthly rent);

5–8 months (accommodation) – 75% (from monthly rent);

9–12 months (accommodation) – 100% ((from monthly rent);
